So how do you eat more vegetables?...

Eating Vegetarian...

isn't that difficult!

So often I have heard statements like - "I tried to be vegetarian... I don't know how you do it... I just didn't have enough variety in my diet."

If you are willing to try something new... being vegetarian is possible.... and it is worth the effort!

I will try to provide a huge variety of different recipes on this site, with easy "everyday" recipes as well as more labour-intensive "occasional" recipes.

I don't aim to turn everyone into vegetarians.... but to show everyone how being vegetarian does not have to mean a lack of variety!... it can be exciting and healthy and delicious.

My recipes tend to be healthier versions of many traditional recipes... I've often found that if a recipe calls for 1 tablespoon of oil, I can get away with 1/2 a tablespoon... or even less! If a recipe is inherently unhealthy, I am unlikely to make it very often.

Check out the health information page for tips on dietary intake of essential vitamins, and links to interesting articles.

Feel free to send me a message (via the contact me page)... and have fun experimenting!
