I've been so busy over the last year that I have completely neglected this site!

So ... time for a revamp!

So far I've changed the design... next will be new photos... more on healthy eating and healthy living.... and of course ... more recipes!!!

The google ads are going to be pushed aside... this could take a while to do.

The blog is going to include a food diary... to include ideas of what every day vegetarian food is like.

Had some delicious pancakes for breakfast this morning... which means I've taken a photo for the pancake recipe under the desserts category.

mmmmmm..... pancakes..... with maple syrup and blueberries and a sprinkle of icing sugar.

The website is progressing pretty well... I've posted a range of recipes from Asia, Italy and Mexico. It's pretty obvious what my background is though... just by the number of recipes in each section.

I suppose eventually there should only be one recipe on each page, and the main pages should only provide links to these recipe pages. For now I'll keep adding recipes section at a time and divide them up properly later.
